Caleb went to Virginia this summer to go to Camp Ottari. He went as a Scout and came back as a Tenderfoot (7/22/11). He also earned his Art, Indian Lore, Rifle Shooting, and Wilderness Survival merit badges while at camp.
Caleb's first official day as a Boy Scout, he crossed over from Webelos the night before. Trying to be helpful by taking down the signs leading visitors to his ceremony, he tried to snap one of the sign posts with his heel! If you only could have seen the look on my face as he rode his bike back into camp and asked me if I was strong enough to get this out of his shoe. Missed his heel by about a centimeter.
